• Manufactured by thermo-injection.<br />
• Colour: black.<br />
• Base of the material: polypropylene with mineral calcium carbonate side.<br />
• Technical stability (-25ºC + 120ºC).<br />
• Dimensional stability.<br />
• Mechanical average capacity to compression (up to 1,200 kg / unit).<br />
• Resistant to aqueous solutions of inorganic salts, acids and alkalies.<br />
• Resistant to most organic solvents as alcohol, esters and ketones.<br />
• Resistant to commercial detergents and bleach solutions.<br />
• Resistant to microorganisms for not being cultivation ground for these.<br />
• It does not punch the waterproofing sheets or thermal insulations.<br />
• Plots come marked with the slope to compensate (1% or 2%) and the installer will point the distinctive flange<br />
towards the drain. This flange determines the maximum height, which has to point towards the drain.<br />
• In angle or wall areas, top support flanges can be cut off to make the finishes fixing easier.<br />
• Not resistant to oxidizing substances as nitric or sulfuric acid and halogenated hydrocarbon solvents such as<br />
gasoline.<br />
• Finishes of surfaces which allow the installation of plots:<br />
- Mortar compression layers.<br />
- Chlorine Rubber primers.<br />
- Butyl fabrics.<br />
- Auto protected asphalt fabrics.<br />
- Directly on the thermal insulation (extruded polystyrene with density ≥ 25 kg/m3).<br />
- Sheets of PCV and TPO.<br />
- Folding of common brick.<br />
• Prohibited its installation:<br />
- in its entirety in facilities of animals such as pigs farms, etc.<br />
- in facilities where there is road traffic (cars, trucks, etc.).<br />
- on chippings, cellular concrete, directly on the ground and on not protected asphalt sheets.<br />
