During the financial year, the Company undertook a capital reduction exercise pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act
1965 involving the cancellation of RM0.50 of the par value of the existing issued and paid-up ordinary shares of RM1.00
each in the Company. The capital reduction does not affect the number of ordinary shares or rights attaching to the ordinary
shares, except for the reduction in par value of each ordinary shares of the Company from RM1.00 to RM0.50.
26. CAPITAL RESERvES
The capital reserves represent proceeds received from the subscription of warrants in prior years and this has been transferred
to accumulated losses in the financial year ended 31st March, 2008 as the warrants had expired.
