sensitivity (Figure 4A-B). PFR was significantly decreased by prednisolone 30 mg, but not by
prednisolone 7.5 mg (Figure 4C). Basal insulin secretion at a fixed glucose level of 4.5 mmol/L
tended to decrease following prednisolone treatment (P=0.052) (Figure 4D).
