Crown forestry licence has the meaning given by section<br />
2(1) <strong>of</strong> the Crown Forest Assets Act 1989<br />
cultural redress property means a property listed in Schedule<br />

deed <strong>of</strong> recognition means a deed <strong>of</strong> recognition entered into<br />
by the Crown and the governance entity under section 53<br />
deed <strong>of</strong> settlement and deed—<br />
(a) means the deed <strong>of</strong> settlement dated 6 June 2003 signed<br />
by the Minister in Charge <strong>of</strong> Treaty <strong>of</strong> Waitangi Negotiations,<br />
the Honourable Margaret Wilson, for the<br />
Crown, and by Rae Beverley Adlam, the Reverend<br />
Canon Robert David Schuster, Tai Tukiwaho Te Riini,<br />
and Ani Te Waikaretu Wickliffe for Ngāti <strong>Tuwharetoa</strong><br />
(<strong>Bay</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Plenty</strong>); and<br />
