We offer in the name and on account of company Kandia Dulce S.A. und S.C. Supreme Chocolat s.r.l.
following production equipment ex site Romania:
1. S00460 1 production line for filled bars and pralines MAZETTI type MAZ-510-CREME,
year of manufacture 2003. The currently available moulds are meant for six
100g bars measuring approx. 510 x 205 mm. Output: approx. 18 moulds
per minute. The line is equipped with two chocolate depositors, a filling
depositor, a volumetric dosing system for centres and a tempering machine
type TAO-Creme and TAO-1000.
2. S00461 1 production line for filled bars and pralines MAZETTI/AWEMA, year of
manufacture 2005/2003. The currently available moulds are meant for
six 100g bars measuring 510 x 205 mm. Output: approx. 15 moulds per
minute. The line is equipped with a one-shot depositor AWEMA, a tempering
machine MAZETTI type TAO-1000 as well as two storage tanks for fillings
with pump.
3. S00462 1 production line for filled bars with insets (nuts, crisps, raisins), year of
manufacture 1995. The currently available moulds are 600 x 205 mm in
size. Output: approx. 10 moulds per minute. Part of the line is a depositor
equipped with six large pistons to enable the processing of admixtures in
the chocolate mass. For this purpose, the cereals are fed by a volumetric
dosing system through a vibratory chute to the storage tank of the depositor
to be then mixed in. A worm-type tempering machine MAZETTI type TAO-
1000, year of manufacture 2003, is also part of the line.
4. S00463 1 production line for compound masses WIENER type W-105-KC, year
of manufacture 1996, consisting of a powder feeder, a mixing tank type
Premixer-1000-L, a stirring tank with approx. 3000 l capacity and a ball mill
type W-105. The line used to produce about 7 t compound per day.

5. S00464 1 box erector IMBOLL/IT-Bologna, model EFFE-18-E-DT, year of manufacture
2008, provided with two sizes for boxes measuring approx. 234 x 141 x 23,5
and approx. 223 x 222 x 31 mm. The machine is equipped with a double
cross and a vacuum pump. Output: approx. 30 strokes per minute (2 x 30
cardboard boxes).

2 bar wrapping machines SAPAL type BB, year of manufacture 1998, set up
for aluminum foil from the reel and label from the stack, equipped with a
BECKER vacuum pump and a separate control cabinet. Size range: approx.
90 - 195 mm length, approx. 30 - 95 mm width and approx. 5 - 16 mm
height. Output: approx. 140 - 180 pces/min depending on the product.
7. S00467 1 wafer cutting and enrobing line ARCAN, year of manufacture 2003,
consisting of a wafer feeder FORMA MAKINA, a wafer cutter FORMA
MAKINA type GK, built in 2010/08, a wafer placing device, an enrobing
machine ARCAN type ACCP-1000-Custom with a working width of approx.
1000 mm, a cooling tunnel ARCAN with a working width of approx. 1000
mm and 16 m long and a metal detector.
