coverage under all the circumstances. The presiding judge's<br />
order or determination with respect to an objection to<br />
audio-visual coverage shall be in writing and shall be included<br />
in the record <strong>of</strong> the proceeding. Such order or determination<br />
shall be subject to review by the appropriate administrative<br />
judge.<br />
7. ' Precoverage Conference. If the presiding judge<br />
desires, a conference shall be held prior to the commencement <strong>of</strong><br />
audio-visual coverage <strong>of</strong> a proceeding. At such conference the<br />
presiding judge may review, 'with counsel and any news agency who<br />
Will participate in the audio-visual coverage, the procedures to<br />
be followed and any special restrictions to be imposed. Counsel<br />
for the parties may convey to the court any concerns <strong>of</strong><br />
prospective non-party witnesses with respect to audio-visual<br />
coverage.<br />
8. Supervision <strong>of</strong> Audio-Visual Coverage. The<br />
presiding judge shall supervise audio-visual coverage <strong>of</strong> court<br />
proceedings and may when necessary and subject to the other<br />
provisions <strong>of</strong> this section modify or reverse any prior order or<br />
determination, particularly if he finds that the news agency<br />
providing such coverage has failed to abide by the court's<br />
directions or the prdvisions <strong>of</strong> this section. The presiding<br />
judge may, when circumstances warrant, direct that a particular<br />
exhibit or the features <strong>of</strong> a particular participant not be<br />
photographed in the courtroom if such still or video photography<br />
