direction of parking brake lever and push ball out of<br />
retainer.<br />
- Remove parking brake<br />

Installing<br />
- Remove any plastic <strong>com</strong>ponents on <strong>com</strong>pensator;<br />
they do not need to be re-installed.<br />
- Use number 2 screwdriver to prevent <strong>com</strong>pensator<br />
from turning.<br />
- Install ball head in <strong>com</strong>pensator via<br />
console.<br />
Parking brake cable must engage in console<br />
- Secure parking brake cables to rear axle beam and<br />
install in retainers on underbody.<br />

- Install center console<br />
