Help ACHA collect important data on the college health subjects that are important to you and your colleagues by
participating in surveys! Most surveys take just a few minutes and are conducted online. Watch your email inbox for
survey announcements.
ACHA Benchmarking DataShare Surveys
Because having accurate data about the health of college students is an important goal for ACHA, each year the
association conducts several surveys on a variety of issues. Data from most of these surveys is provided to members so
that they can use the data to improve their health services. As a member, you can participate in these surveys that add
to the knowledge base on student health services. Some examples of past Benchmarking DataShare Surveys include:
��Infl uenza Like Illness (ILI) Surveillance in Colleges and Universities
��College Student Mortality Rates Survey
��Utilization of Health Services Survey
��Pap Test and STI Survey (conducted annually)
��Benchmarking Space and Facilities Survey
College Health Salary and Staffi ng Survey
The College Health Survey and Staffi ng Survey is conducted periodically and contains
valuable information that you can use to compare and review salary and staffi ng patterns
(categorized by specifi c categories of health services personnel) and the type, size, location,
and Carnegie classifi cations of institutions.
Individual and Institutional Members receive a discount on the Salary and Staffi ng Survey
