of resettlement <strong>and</strong> compensation).<br />

EEPCO <strong>and</strong> local govt. bodies L<strong>and</strong>/property expropriation process <strong>and</strong> full implementation of RAP must be<br />

completed on time, so that the contractor has unimpeded access to the site.<br />
