Miyamoto, who sang their rendition

had altered the lyric* to be a thene
song for graduatirg Lowell senior*.

The second prize went to lenior
David Lew, who sang the popular
Wham! song "Waii: Me Up Before
Yw Go-Go." Though be received
only second place, the crowds

interval of time between act*.
During one of the act*. The Yiddish
Dragoons, a group of rowdy
students from the audience stormed
the stage and began slam dancing to
the music. They were immediately
thrown off the stt^e and warned (o
control themselves.
