The New Idea 6200 Series is designed for producers who demand a high-value, variable-chamber baler at an affordable price.<br />
All three models in the series can operate on as little as 45 PTO horsepower or less, which means you can use your present mid-size<br />
or compact tractor.<br />
As the largest model in the line-up, the totally new Model 6254 produces bales that are 4 feet wide by up to 5 feet in diameter.<br />
For economy, bale density and belt tension are combined on a single pivoting tension arm; yet the system is balanced by a hydraulic<br />
cylinder and spring on both sides of the machine for more consistent density.<br />
For easy-to-handle bales that measure 47 inches wide by up to 52 inches in diameter, check out the Model 6244. Last, but not least,<br />
is the 6243, which produces 39- X 52-inch bales that weigh up to 550 pounds...and it does it with as little as 30 PTO horsepower!<br />
Like the other variable-chamber balers in the New Idea family, all three New Idea 6200 Series baler models feature an open-throat,<br />
vertical bale chamber; a low-profile pickup and a crowned upper chamber roll that keeps forming belts on track.<br />
