[1] Extend test specimens 50 percent by dry mortar weight with aggregate.<br />

B. Prequalify the material by placing <strong>and</strong> having the material evaluated<br />

conforming to Supplement 1070 for 3 years. At the end <strong>of</strong> the 3 year rating the<br />

material will meet the following criteria:<br />

2. Percentage spalling 5%<br />

3. Mid panel average crack width 1/16 inch (1.6 mm) <strong>and</strong> total length <strong>of</strong><br />

mid panel cracks 20 feet (6.1 m) total length<br />

4. Edge Cracking/debonding average crack width 1/16 inch (1.6 mm)<br />

<strong>and</strong> total length <strong>of</strong> cracks 12 feet (3.6 m)<br />

Furnish the Laboratory with a certified copy <strong>of</strong> test results from a recognized<br />

laboratory showing compliance with the requirements <strong>of</strong> this specification for item<br />

A. Furnish the laboratory written documentation <strong>of</strong> the method <strong>of</strong> surface<br />

preparation <strong>and</strong> any primers, adhesives, or activators used in the field test. Those<br />
