The contract is not to exceed $10,000 and is funded by VTEA federal funds. Keenan and Associates This is an agreement for loss control services that include a Hazardous Materials & Compliance Program, employee training and other safety related services. The cost to the District is $22,375. Shawn Scott, D.C. The agreement is for chiropractic services for the fall and spring semesters of 2004-05. The payments will total $2214.51 and are paid from the HPER/Athletics budget. Credentials, Inc. This provides for a web-site service for verification of degrees and past attendance; enrollment status and transcript requests. There are no costs to the College. The income for the service is derived from users of the service.
