PROPOSAL:
To ratify the resignation of the following individual on the effective date indicated:
1. Gabriel Ceja, Instructional Support Assistant, Developmental Education, .35 FTE, 10 months, effective
October 20, 2004.
2. Luis Gonzales, Skilled Maintenance Worker/HVAC, Maintenance & Operations, 1.00 FTE, 12 months,
effective October 18, 2004.
3. Jaime Gutierrez, Custodian, Maintenance & Operations, 1.00 FTE, 12 months, effective November 8, 2004.
BACKGROUND
• Mr. Ceja has been employed since January, 2002.
• Mr. Gonzales has been employed since October, 2004.
• Mr. Gutierrez has been employed since August, 1999.
BUDGET IMPLICATIONS:
These positions are funded by the district and will be replaced.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the resignation of Gabriel Ceja, Luis Gonzalez, and Jaime Gutierrez be ratified on the
effective date indicated.
