The compressor types VC and BS 302 (2 cylinders) respectively VCS and BS 604 (4 cylinders) cover the power range up to 1,300 kW (1,745 hp). Under atmospheric inlet conditions and at a final pressure of up to 350 bar (5,075 psi) delivery rates of up to 78 m 3 /min (2,760 cfm) can be achieved. Higher pressure ratings up to 700 bar (10,150 psi) are available on request. The closed circuit cooling water system is recooled by air or sea water.
