The Company may have some of its equipment, such as
metering, on the customer’s side of the Point of Delivery/ Service
Point.
212. RELOCATION OF DELIVERY
POINT
In the event the Company is required to place underground
any portion of its distribution system,
or is required to change the
location of any poles or its overhead distribution system, a new
point of delivery will, if necessary, be designated by the Company
and the customer will be required, at his own expense, to make
any change in his wiring system in connection therewith.
The Company will reimburse the customer or pay for the
cost of such changes if the delivery point is changed for the
reasons stated above at the sole request and convenience of the
Company.
The Company will charge a customer for all work
performed by it at the customer's request in changing the location
of any poles, services, meters or other equipment owned and
installed by the Company.
213. CUSTOMER'S PREMISES
The Company shall not be liable for damage to the person
or property of the customer or any other persons arising from the
use of electricity or the presence of the Company's equipment on
the customer's premises. All property owned by the Company and
located on the customer's premises shall be deemed to be personal
property and title thereto shall remain with the Company, and
the
Company shall have the right at the termination
of service to
remove
all of its property whether affixed to the realty or not.
