be any duty or obligation on the part of the <strong>Company</strong> to inspect<br />
the same.<br />
208. CAPACITY LIMIT<br />
The <strong>Company</strong> reserves the right<br />
to install protective<br />
apparatus to disconnect service if the <strong>Company</strong>'s capacity at that<br />
point is exceeded.<br />
209. DISCONNECTION FOR VIOLATIONS<br />
Subject to the <strong>Maine</strong> Public Utilities Commissions'<br />
Chapters 810 and 860, the <strong>Company</strong><br />
may refuse to connect or<br />
continue service already connected if in its judgment the<br />
customer's equipment, or use thereof, creates a dangerous<br />
condition, or, might detrimentally affect the equipment of the<br />
<strong>Company</strong> or adversely affect service to other customers.<br />

MOVING OF EQUIPMENT<br />
When electrical equipment is brought into the territory<br />
served by the <strong>Company</strong>, or is moved within said territory, it must<br />
be<br />
adapted by the customer to the characteristics<br />
of the service<br />
available at the new location.<br />
211. POINT OF DELIVERY<br />
The <strong>Company</strong> will designate a point at which the customer<br />
shall terminate his wiring and facilities for connection<br />
to the<br />
service-supply lines of the <strong>Company</strong>, but such information does<br />
not constitute an agreement or obligation on the part of the<br />
<strong>Company</strong> to furnish service.<br />
The NEC refers to this point as the "Service Point" and<br />
defines it as: "the point of connection between the facilities of the<br />
serving<br />
utility and the premises wiring."<br />
