106. APPLICATION OF <strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><br />
These requirements apply to all new installations and to any<br />
existing installations which are being significantly altered or<br />
which are specifically covered hereinafter.<br />
107. ADVISORY SERVICE<br />
All persons are encouraged to make use of the advisory<br />
services provided by the <strong>Company</strong>. This assistance may avoid<br />
delays in service installation and suggestions regarding energy<br />
management and application of electrical equipment may result in<br />
greater satisfaction and more efficient use of electric service.<br />
108. APPEAL TO MAINE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION<br />
If, after consultation with the appropriate <strong>Company</strong><br />
personnel, there continues to be a dispute about the application<br />
of<br />
any of these requirements, the customer may<br />
appeal to the <strong>Maine</strong><br />
Public Utilities Commission for assistance in resolving the<br />
dispute. It is not intended that the MPUC will interpret any<br />
provision of the National Electrical Code.<br />
