Connect with other dealers and get your questions answered. Five Star Dealer consideration. Join an elite group of HAI Listed Dealers. How Do I Become an HAI Listed Dealer? In order to become an HAI dealer listed on HAI’s website, you must meet the following requirements: • Attend at least one HAI training class. • Complete the installation of at least three HAI systems. • Agree to strictly adhere to standards as instructed in HAI training classes. • Commit to providing professional excellence and customer service in the installation of all HAI products. Upon satisfying these requirements, complete an online application on the Guest Dealer Support Website. Your application will be reviewed by HAI’s sales staff, including the Sales Territory Manager responsible for your area. When you are approved, you can begin enjoying the benefits of being an HAI Listed Dealer. HAI Five Star Dealer The HAI Five Star Dealer program acknowledges HAI’s outstanding dealers each year for their loyalty to HAI’s products, expertise in their field, the number of installations of HAI systems done in the previous calendar year, and marketing savvy. HAI’s Five Star Dealers receive an enhanced dealer listing on the HAI website with the HAI Five Star Dealer logo. Each Five Star Dealer receives the HAI Five Star Dealer logo to use in their marketing. These dealers also receive a wall plaque proudly displaying their Five-Star Dealer status to customers that visit their office. To be considered for Five Star status, every HAI Listed Dealer (including current Five Star Dealers) submits an annual application. You must be an HAI Listed Dealer to be eligible for Five Star Dealer consideration. www.homeauto.com
Factory Training Factory Training is a two-day event at HAI’s headquarters, located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Choose from Factory 201: Installation & Programming or Factory 301: Automation Studio. Detailed installation and system programming instruction is provided. Attendees work hands-on with a home control system and computer to install and set up an HAI system. There is a fee for both classes. Seating is limited. Free Classroom Training HAI offers FREE classroom training that may be directly sponsored by HAI, or by an HAI Wholesale Distribution Partner where they are called VIP Workshops. All HAI classes have the benefit of an HAI employee instructor. Regional Factory Training 2 0 1 2 P R O D U C T C A T A L O G To meet requests for additional hands-on training, HAI is bringing its factory to you. In the Regional Factory Training experience, each participant is given instruction to design, connect, program, and customize their own system. Included in the agenda is security, lighting control, thermostat and energy management, camera hook ups, OmniTouch Touchscreen configuration and customization, audio distribution, full logic programming and more. These classes give installers the opportunity to purchase an HAI OmniPro II home control system. Each attendee uses their OmniPro II throughout the course, and can then install it in their own home, lab, or showroom. The purchase of 12ASpecTrainKit is required for attendees.
