The Distribution of Cases According to Geographic Origin
The majority of HHC cases come from the rural area 77,78% (that is 14 patients), most
probably due to a precarious accessibility to diagnosis and treatment units as well as to the
education of the patients.

On the first places have situated asthenia, hephatalgia and unappetite and only in 2 cases
have presented vomiting and fever (Table 2).

In the majority of the cases the patients presented hepathomegaly and in 3 cases appeared
jaundice and hyperchrome urinary emissions.
