hours of germination, we observed an increase of the PA in the extract obtained from the roots as compared with the same parameter determined in the control sample, the increase being very significant in the case of the germination in SA solution of 1.0mg/l, and significant when using a SA solution of 0.1mg/l concentration (table 1). Studying the variation of the same parameter after 96 hours, an insignificant increase of the peroxidase activity was observed as compared with the control sample at concentrations of 0.1 and 1.0 mg/l SA solution (table 1). After 120 hour of germination, we observed a very signifiant increase of the PA in the extract of the roots in the case of germination in 1.0mg/l SA solution, and an insignifiant increase for 0.1mg/l SA solution. (table1.) For the coleoptiles extracts, the intensity of the peroxidase activity after 72, 96 and 120 hours of germination has insignificantly modified as compared with the same parameter of control sample when we used 0.1mg/l SA solution, and significantly increase for 1mg/l SA solution for 72 and 120 hour of germination (table 1). 4./ CONCLUSIONS It can be observed that the exogenous SA inhibits the germination energy of the maize caryopsis with 10 and 45% from control lot, using SA solution with 0.1 and 1.0 mg/l concentration and 100% in case of 5.0mg/l SA solution. The peroxidase activity of the vegetal extracts obtained from the roots of the plantlets obtained after germination on filter paper moistened with SA solution was very significantly increase after 72 and 120 hours from germination for 1.0 mg/l concentration SA solution and significantly increase for 0.1mg/l SA solution, as opposed to the peroxidase activity of the extracts obtained from coleoptiles, where its activity changed insignificantly after 72 and 120 hours of germination for 0.1mg/l SA solution, and significantly for 1.0mg/l SA solution. In conclusion exogenous salicylic acid are influenced different physiological plant process.
