MATERIALS AND METHODS
Another concentration installation used in sugar plants is that of four effects and “0
body” whose thermal regime is presented in table 2. This installation is profitable
especially in the conditions of juice processing with no thermal stability, as well as in
the case of plants that don’t have electric vortex wheels.
