Very significant decrease are in V4 because this stage reduce also proteins content. The
rest of variants are like witness.

Just in V4 we find very significant value, but because DL are very small this is
especialy in V3 just theoreticaly.

Decreasing very significant of gluten degradation in every variants is obvious and show
in V4 variant the best result.
4.CONCLUSIONS
After this study we find very significant improuvments for almoust all parameters and
is obvious why is necessary to process the wheat with complete technological line.
The improuvments are so important to justify the best and complex production line, full
scale plant.
