By the end of the growing season nitrate content of sandy soil becomes very low (0.4- 0.8 mg kg -1 ). Only with the application of highest N doses (0.2 g pot -1 ) caused increased CaCl2-NO3 - values (2.0-2.2 mg kg -1 ). This increasing effect of N doses on NO3 - content was significant. We measured higher concentrations of NO3 - by turns on chernosem soil. This might be due to higher content of organic matter which could mineralize during the growing season. Both N doses and biofertilization significantly increased the CaCl2- NO3 - on chernozem soil. The effect of chemical fertilizer was higher. Measured data show that similarly to CaCl2-NO3 - , the values of CaCl2-total N were higher in 324 8.2
chernozem soil in all pots either. The increased N fertilizer doses caused significant improvement in CaCl2-total N concentration measured on both types of soils. Effect of Phylazonit slightly increased values of CaCl2-total N on chernozem soil, but significantly decreased these values on sandy soil. Table 9.
