Thus, Oradea 133 line (the futhure variety Crisana) restarted his elongation of roots, even at 40 ppm Al 3+ in solution (table 1). Another method are based on maximal roots length of plants at 4 ppm Al 3+ , after 10 days of exposure (table 2). The hydroponic solution consist only in distiled water and aluminium ions, assured from AlCl 3, withouth any other mineral, at 4.5 pH, the nutritive elements being assured by reserve elements from seed. This method is an original one, adapted by us for a large series of breeding individuals in segregating populations. 122
