The 5-8 Phillips, 26, said the burden of runn<strong>in</strong>g the offense<br />
won't fall all on her and Bobbitt.<br />
"We've got that support around us," Phillips said. "That's half<br />
the battle won."<br />
There will be times the Fever employ the 6-0 Douglas at po<strong>in</strong>t<br />
guard, mostly <strong>in</strong> the fourth quarter. She said a full-time role at<br />
the po<strong>in</strong>t wouldn't be a good fit, but she would be <strong>com</strong>fortable<br />
there. "Just go<strong>in</strong>g to try to step up my game even more and try to<br />
fill this void," Douglas said.<br />

without three-time MVP Lauren Jackson. She had hip surgery<br />
last week and won't return until late <strong>in</strong> the season.<br />

Eastern Conference lead dur<strong>in</strong>g a five-game homestand that<br />
