karl-Marx-Allee<br />

The Karl-Marx-Allee – a street with history, stories<br />

and many faces: the exhibition invites visitors to<br />

take part in a short walk through Zille’s milieu,<br />

Wohnzelle Friedrichshain, Neoclassicism, the<br />

Stalin Memorial, the Workers Uprising and postwar<br />

town planning, with many personal stories on<br />

the street.<br />

the soundtrack to the famous computer game<br />

Civilization IV.<br />

Music<br />

London’s gwEm and Aachen’s Microwave Massacre<br />

will be reliving the old 8-bit days with music<br />

from computer games of the 70s and 80s played<br />

with a mo<strong>der</strong>n twist. Among other instruments<br />

they will perform with original historic video<br />

game consoles and home computers.<br />
