The forest’s eco-system is presented and explained<br />
through large dioramas and displays, including<br />
animal skulls and pelts, birds’ nests, tree<br />
sections and pine cones.<br />

On a stroll through Grunewald Forest guides<br />
explain the mysterious ways of forest’s smaller<br />
inhabitants and participants can build musical<br />
instruments from natural materials. The walk<br />
concludes in the museum.<br />

Activities<br />
In this »active museum« visitors can have pick up<br />
almost anything, follow a barefoot path, leap an<br />
animals’ long jump pit, and use a tree telephone.<br />
Evening tea and small snacks will be served in the<br />
garden.<br />

Night walk (in German)<br />
The theme of the night walk is music. On a path<br />
through a deep depression between two hills<br />
participants can listen to the sounds of nature<br />
and civilisation.
