To see how it was doing in
meeting customer expectations,
Citibank North America has
implemented a client survey.
The Temple City branch has
had a recent cash winner of
awards given to randomly chosen
bank customers nationwide
who helped by completing the
survey. The winner is Citibank
client Sandra Ricker of San
Gabriel. Sandra came into the
bank to do a transaction and
was invited to complete a client
survey. She won $1,000 from
the financial center.

Inflammation of the shoulder
refers to a kind or reaction
due to de deteriorating changes
of soft tissue functions around
shoulder joints.
Strain of a shoulder over a
long time such as trauma, invasion
of wind, cold and dampness
will cause stagnation of Qi,
blood and chronic inflammation.
It will lead to obstruction of
channels and pain is derived
from channel obstruction,
which may idle the shoulder
joints causing adhesion of
joints and limitation of movements
of shoulder.
Clinical manifestations at an
early stage are aching pain and
it may be radiating to the neck

Healing process for perifocal shoulder inflammation
Those interested in hunting
or fishing, target shooting, conservation
work, charity work
and participating in family-oriented
activities while enjoying
a high level of camaraderie, may
be interested in joining the
Temple City Sportsmen Club.
The club has a number of
annual activities open to all
members and on occasion to
longer be attached and pain will
be released.
In a case history, Angela, age
52, has had right arm pain for 3
months. The pain is worse at
night and movement was limited,
she could not raise her arm
from the back and tenderness
was found in shoulder joints.
She felt better right after
