Brothers Luc and Van have resided
in El Monte since 1988, where they both
attended El Monte High School. Luc
continued his studies at UC Irvine and
Van at Cal State LA. They enjoyed the
San Gabriel Valley so much that they
decided to start up a
business called Window
Depot El Monte that
mostly served contractors.

ship, they then gave the company a new
look, added an installation company to
service the homeowner and changed the
name to Seaport Window Center.
Jim has resided in Temple City his
entire life. He is a graduate of Don Bosco
Technical Institute and Cal Poly Pomona.
He has been a general contractor for 20
years and now specializes in the installation
of custom windows and doors. His
wife teaches for the TCUSD and his children
attend Temple City schools. Jim
continues his involvement in the city
with Temple City National Little League
where he helps coach his son’s baseball
team and is a very active member of his
parish, St. Luke Church.
Seaport Window Center is located at
4501 Baldwin Ave, in the city of El
Monte, just south of the intersection of
Baldwin Avenue and Lower Azusa Road.
Our business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5
p.m. Monday through Friday and on
Saturdays by appointments only.
Seaport has a beautiful showroom
available for customer convenience. The
public is always welcome to stop by and
view the many different products offered.
