2. kontrolný audit spoločnosťou
SKQS ako partnerský audit nemeckej
DQS (člena medzinárodného IQNet)
na generálnom riaditeľstve v Bratislave
a na prečerpávacích staniciach
v Rimavskej Sobote, Tupej a Bučanoch
v máji 2008 pozitívne vyhodnotil
profesionalitu vykonávaných
činností, úroveň práce laboratória,
programy na zníženie energetickej
náročnosti prevádzky, rozsiahle ďalšie
investície, napr. do nových nádrží
a dôsledne vedený a aplikovaný Register
právnych predpisov. Nezhody
neboli stanovené a SKQS potvrdila
platnosť udeleného certifikátu SKQS
a DQS na ďalší rok.
V roku 2008 emisné limity sledovaných
škodlivín neboli ani raz prekročené.
Množstvo vypúšťaného znečistenia
do recipientov bolo hlboko
pod bilančnými limitmi, určený-
mi vyhláškou MŽP SR 755/2004; priemerné
ročné koncentrácie jednotlivých
ukazovateľov znečistenia vypúšťaných
odpadových vôd do recipientov
sa pohybovali na úrovni dlhoročných
priemerov. Počas prevádzky nedošlo
k prerušeniu čerpania ropy z dôvodu
mimoriadnej udalosti, havárie
alebo zlyhania techniky na strane
TRANSPETROL, a.s. Nedošlo k žiadnej
mimoriadnej udalosti vplyvom činností
našej firmy, ani k nekontrolovanému
úniku nebezpečných látok do pôdy,
horninového prostredia, podzemných
alebo povrchových vôd. Nulová pokuta
orgánov štátnej správy za porušenie
environmentálnej legislatívy a nulová
pokuta inšpektorátu práce za porušenie
predpisov BOZP sú potvrdením
primeranosti našich aktivít vo vzťahu
k životnému prostrediu, technickej infraštruktúre
krajiny a ľuďom v dotknutom
území.
and emergency preparedness activities which
were checked during two coordination drills,
four rehearsals of an Emergency plan and 137
verification drills of the fire-fighting team shifts.
Video recordings from these activities serve as
a training material for TRANSPETROL’s employees
as well as third-party stakeholders.
The outcome of the second control audit carried
out in May 2008 by SKQS - a partner company
of the German DQS (member of the international
IQNet) – at the Bratislava headquarters
and pumping stations in Rimavská Sobota,
Tupá and Bučany was a positive evaluation
of professional performance of activities,
quality of work performed by the laboratory,
programmes aimed at the reduction of energy
intensity of the operation, extensive further
investments (e.g. in new tanks) and thoroughly
maintained and applied Register of Legislative
Acts. No discrepancies were identified and SKQS
confirmed the validity of a certificate awarded
by SKQS and DQS for the next year.
In 2008, the emission limits of monitored
harmful substances were not once exceeded.
The level of pollutants released into
the recipients was far below the limit set
by Decree No. 755/2004 of the Ministry
of Environment of the Slovak Republic; average
annual concentrations of individual pollution
indicators of waste water drained into
the recipients hovered around the long-term
average figures. No suspensions of oil pumping
during the operation were caused on the
part of TRANSPETROL due to an emergency
situation, breakdowns or failures of equipment.
TRANSPETROL’s activities have not caused any
emergency situations or uncontrolled leaks
of harmful substances into the soil, bedrock,
ground or surface water. No fines imposed
by the state administration bodies for breaching
the environmental legislation and no fines
imposed by the a Labour Inspectorate for
breaching the occupational safety and health
protection requirements confirm the adequacy
of our activities in relation to the environment,
technical infrastructure of the country
and people living in the respective area.
