The<br />

Company has foreign exchange derivative financial instruments entered into by the Company are not traded and<br />

were agreed with the bank on specific contractual terms and conditions. Derivatives have potentially favourable (assets)<br />

or unfavourable (liabilities) conditions as a result of fluctuations in market foreign exchange rates. The aggregate fair<br />

values of derivative financial assets can fluctuate significantly from time to time.<br />

The table below sets out fair values, at the balance sheet date, of currencies receivable under foreign exchange forwards<br />

contracts entered into by the Company:<br />

the accounting period, the Company carried out transactions with the following related parties /Yukos Group,<br />

BSP, SWS, Energotel, MH ŠR, SŠHR SPP (supplier of gas), ZSE, SSE, VSE (supplier of electric energy)/.<br />

The transactions between the related parties have been carried out on the arm’s length basis.<br />
