The social fund is used for social, medical, recreational, and similar employee benefits. The distribution of profit for the year 2007 was not approved by the General Meeting as of 31 December 2008 as well as related distribution to social fund. �� The Company had no bank loans in 2008. �� The structure of the accruals and deferrals is shown in the following table: �� Rent of optical cables 62,278 71,298 Other 1,275 1,250 �� Deferred income includes rent of optical cables to the company Energotel until 2015 (Note M.b).

Due to limited alternative sources with similar transportation capacities in the region the Company considers the risk of concentration of customers as small. Revenue from oil storage for the State agency SŠHR totalled SKK 114,354 thousand in 2008 (2007: SKK 54,368 thousand). The receivable due from SSHR amounted to SKK 12,946 thousand as of 31 December 2008 (31 December 2007: SKK 9,711 thousand). �� An overview of other significant income from operating activities is presented in the table below: �� Contractual penalty, overdue interests 7,533 2,884 Payables write-off - 321 Lease of optical cables * 34,621 33,618 Rent of RR points 5,599 5,669 Rent of promises and resorts 6,052 7,551 Other 1,510 6,159 �� * The Company leases the network of optical cables to Energotel.
