With their first top flight title
in 44 years, the 2011-12 season was
a historic one for Manchester City.
But the Premier League trophy
tells only part of the story.
It is just one of many indicators
of progress towards the Club’s
long-term ambition – set out by
Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed in 2008
– to establish a more successful,
sustainable and internationally
competitive football club that
remains at the heart of its community.
