4 In the Workspace Contents pane, click the plus sign (+) next to the Ribbon<br />

Tabs tree node to expand it.<br />

5 Click the plus sign (+) next to the ribbon tab for which you want to<br />

change the properties of the ribbon panels.<br />

6 Select the ribbon panel that you want to change.<br />

7 In the Properties pane, do any of the following:<br />

■ In the Show box, select an option (Yes or No).<br />

■ In the Orientation box, select an option (Docked or Floating).<br />

8 Click Apply.<br />

To associate a tool palette group with a ribbon tab<br />

1 At the Command prompt, enter toolpalettes.<br />

2 Click Manage tab ➤ <strong>Customization</strong> panel ➤ User Interface.<br />

3 In the Customize User Interface Editor, Customize tab, in the<br />

<strong>Customization</strong>s In pane, click the plus sign (+) next to the<br />

Workspaces node to expand it.<br />

4 Select the workspace that has the ribbon tab for which you want to assign<br />

a tool palette group.<br />

5 In the Workspace Contents pane, click the plus sign (+) next to the Ribbon<br />

Tabs node to expand it.<br />

6 Select the ribbon tab that you want to assign a tool palette group.<br />

7 In the Properties pane, in the ToolPalette Group box, click the down<br />

arrow and select the tool palette group you want to assign to the ribbon<br />

tab.<br />
