The first button starts the LINE command and displays the Specify First Point<br />

prompt in the normal fashion. The second button also starts the LINE<br />

command, but the program uses the current crosshairs location at the Specify<br />

First Point prompt and displays the Specify Next Point prompt.<br />

Legacy Interface Elements<br />

The term “legacy” refers to those user interface elements that are not<br />

commonly used with the current version of the program, but are still supported<br />

because some users prefer them to alternative user interface elements that are<br />

now provided.<br />

Create Tablet Menus<br />

You can configure up to four areas of your digitizing tablet as menu areas for<br />

command input.<br />

The nodes in the Customize User Interface (CUI) Editor are labeled Tablet<br />

Menu 1 through Tablet Menu 4 and define the macros associated with tablet<br />

selections.<br />

The tablet menu areas that you define with the Cfg option of the TABLET<br />

command are divided into equal-sized menu selection boxes, which are<br />

determined by the number of columns and rows you specify in each area.<br />

These tablet menu selection boxes correspond directly with the lines that<br />

follow the Tablet section labels from left to right and top to bottom (whether<br />

or not they contain text).<br />

For example, if you configure a menu area for five columns and four rows,<br />

the command on the line immediately following the Row label corresponds<br />
