To add a control to a ribbon panel<br />

Description<br />

Determines if the selected underlay is visible<br />

or not.<br />

Sets how the active tiled viewport should be<br />

divided.<br />

Displays and sets the level of fading that is<br />

applied to the objects of an xref.<br />

Indicates the objects of xrefs are faded into<br />

the background, enables or disables xref fading.<br />

Displays and sets the current layer.<br />

1 Click Manage tab ➤ <strong>Customization</strong> panel ➤ User Interface.<br />

2 In the Customize User Interface Editor, Customize tab, in the<br />

<strong>Customization</strong>s In pane, click the plus sign (+) next to Ribbon<br />

to expand it.<br />

3 Click the plus sign (+) next to Panels to expand it.<br />

4 Click the plus sign (+) next to the ribbon panel where you want to add<br />

a control.<br />

5 Create a new row for the control if you need to, or click the plus sign (+)<br />

next to the row where you want to add a control.<br />

6 In the Command List pane, in the Categories list, click Ribbon Control<br />

Elements.<br />
