To change the display and behavior of commands, controls and drop-downs<br />

on a ribbon panel<br />

■ Do one of the following:<br />

To show the label and set the orientation of a command or drop-down<br />

on a ribbon panel<br />

1 Click Manage tab ➤ <strong>Customization</strong> panel ➤ User Interface.<br />

2 In the Customize User Interface Editor, Customize tab, in the<br />

<strong>Customization</strong>s In pane, click the plus sign (+) next to<br />

Ribbon to expand it.<br />

3 Click the plus sign (+) next to Panels to expand it.<br />

4 Click the plus sign (+) next to the ribbon panel where you want to<br />

show the label for a command.<br />

5 Click the plus sign (+) next to the row, sub-panel, or drop-down where<br />

you want to show the label for a command. If you need to, continue<br />

expanding rows, sub-panels, and drop-downs to get to the command<br />

or drop-down.<br />

6 Select the command that you want to show its label for.<br />

7 In the Properties pane, Button Style box, click the down arrow and<br />

select Large With Text (Vertical), Large With Text (Horizontal), or<br />

SmallWithText.<br />
