4 Click Apply.<br />

The next time the cursor hovers over the command on a toolbar, or<br />

ribbon panel, the text is displayed in the tooltip.<br />

To add extended help to a command<br />

1 Click Manage tab ➤ <strong>Customization</strong> panel ➤ User Interface.<br />

2 In the Customize User Interface Editor, Customize tab, Command List<br />

pane, click the command to which you want to add extended help.<br />

3 In the Properties pane, select the Extended <strong>Help</strong> File field and click [ ]<br />

button.<br />

4 In the Select Extended <strong>Help</strong> File dialog box, browse to and select the<br />

XAML file that contains the extended help for the command. Click Open.<br />

5 In the Select <strong>Help</strong> ID dialog box, select the help ID for the extended help<br />

content. Click OK.<br />
