� May be worn by all NC’s, NEC 9588 personnel assigned<br />
as CCC and CCC course (A-501-0011) Instructors<br />
� USN/USNR and SELRES personnel designated by the<br />
CO as CMD/Unit CC who have completed the Career<br />
Info Course (R-501-0005) are authorized<br />
� Also be worn; COs, XOs, and officers designated fulltime<br />
retention officers on the staffs of the CNO, fleet<br />
commanders-in-chief, and TYCOMs. Those eligible to<br />
wear both Career Counselor and FLT/FOR/CMC badges<br />
may only wear the latter unless specific permission to<br />
wear both has been granted by the CNO<br />
