TESA-VISIO 200 GL – Manual<br />
Although the TESA-VISIO 200 GL is built for the production area,<br />
its small size makes it no less suited for use on the shop floor<br />
as in the laboratory.<br />
Fitted with a colour CCD-camera along with a high-precision<br />
XY-coordinate table, also compatible with various illumination<br />
and magnification systems, this machine can easily be installed<br />
in demanding industry; for example, microelectronics,<br />
micromechanics and the watchmaking industry.<br />
When used in conjunction with TESA-REFLEX Vista, the machine<br />
proves to be powerful and dependable for part inspection and<br />
analysis.<br />
TESA-Vista is a software module installed on any manual<br />
TESA-VISIO. This software provides the operator with the needed<br />
help functions, especially edge detection and light sources<br />
monitoring. The measurements are, therefore, taken in the<br />

This latest evolution adds the option of visual comparison<br />

TESA-VISIO 300 GL<br />

Featuring the same construction as the 200 GL machine<br />
version, the TESA-VISIO 300 GL offers extensive light sources<br />
and magnifications in addition to a 300 x 200 mm measuring<br />
span.<br />
This machine is available either in manual or DCC version<br />
and runs TESA-REFLEX Vista or TESA-REFLEX Vision,<br />
respectively.<br />
The DCC version will check part series automatically, while<br />
still remaining simple to use, simplicity being the very cornerstone<br />

This machine, like all machines produced<br />
under the TESA-SCAn name, is initially<br />
intended as an optical system that can<br />
provide users with accurate static and<br />
dynamic features when measuring turned<br />
parts in record time.<br />
But the most spectacular innovation in<br />
the machine lies in its capability to recognise<br />
a previously programmed part.<br />
Simply pressing a button causes the machine<br />
to scan the part to be measured. If the part<br />
geometry matches an existing program,<br />
the complete results are delivered in comparison<br />
with preset nominal values.<br />
Where no preset nominal values are<br />
available, the TESA-REFLEX Scan software<br />
provides the measurement results<br />
obtained <strong>from</strong> the various dimensions that<br />
could be detected. In many cases, this<br />
is enough for sample inspection.<br />
These two functions – unique to date and<br />
specific to the TESA-REFLEX principle – make<br />

This module is based on experience acquired in the measurement<br />

The latest MH3D Recorder opens up a new path in the field<br />
of tactile three-axis measurement. This hybrid machine<br />
version makes it possible to take all measurements in both<br />
manual and automatic modes. This innovation is the solution<br />
to the problematic demands of parts inspection, <strong>from</strong> the<br />
single part to the small series.<br />
Due to its capability to automatically reproduce a part program<br />
generated either manually or using a joystick, this machine<br />

of Metrology<br />
It was indeed in 1941 that Jean-Georges Müller founded TESA SA, which was then oriented<br />
towards the design of hand-held tools characterised by their innovative features.<br />
Further to the development of the first precision tools based on a unique measuring cone,<br />
TESA’s engineers worked to diversify the techniques used as a basis for all new measuring<br />
means to be designed, intended for the most varied applications. Combining electronics<br />
since 1970 in strict compliance with metrological principles, they worked successfully<br />
to provide users with measurement solutions increasingly more efficient and ergonomic.<br />
Throughout the years, the company was also able to select and integrate the know-how<br />
and key products manufactured under the brands Etalon, Mercer, Standard Gage, Compac<br />

Always focusing on resting its product developments on a Swiss manufacturing committed<br />
to quality, the company invests each year in ultra-modern machining, assembly and<br />
test equipment to ensure the reliability and productivity of its manufacturing processes.<br />
In 2010, a major investment was made in the acquisition of a sophisticated storage and<br />
logistics equipment, serving a new platform of international distribution at production<br />
