Congratulations to the 2009 <strong>USTA</strong>/<br />

PNW “One” Doubles Section Champions.<br />

Celebrating the success of its second season,<br />

the One Doubles league is a doublesonly<br />

format for men and women in the<br />

3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 divisions. Teams schedule<br />

their own matches at a time and place that<br />

is convenient for all.<br />

Th e One Doubles League season ends<br />

with a section championship event where<br />

a winning team is crowned and goes on to<br />

represent the section at the <strong>USTA</strong> League<br />

Tri-Level Championships that are held<br />

during the BNP Paribas Open (formerly<br />

known as the Pacifi c Life Open) in Indian<br />

Wells, Calif.<br />

2009 <strong>USTA</strong> League Nationals<br />

Congratulations to all of the teams who represented the <strong>USTA</strong> Pacfi c Northwest<br />

(<strong>USTA</strong>/PNW) at the 2009 <strong>USTA</strong> League National Championships. Th e adult, adult<br />

mixed and senior national championships were held this fall in Las Vegas, Indian Wells,<br />

Calif., and Tucson, Ariz.<br />

Six teams from the Pacifi c Northwest reached the fi nal four in their respective division<br />

and two brought home national championship titles. Please see a <strong>com</strong>plete list of<br />

the teams who participated in the national championships below.<br />
