Rule 7. Airfares included in travel packages purchased at the Humpty Ball are not redeemable for cash nor are they eligible for upgrades. Frequent flyer points cannot be accrued on these airfares. Rule 8. Reservations for all trips, parties and/or similar events must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified. All arrangements for trips, parties and similar events must be made in sufficient time for the necessary arrangements to be made. No refunds will be allowed on travel packages for cancelled tickets and accommodation. Rule 9. All Auction items must be collected before 12.30am on the evening of the dinner. Where items cannot be collected on the night, they will be taken to the Humpty Dumpty Foundation, Talus Street, St Leonards 2065. Items can be collected between 9.00am-5.00pm, from 5 September 2011. Rule 10. Any items not paid for and removed in accordance with these rules will be sold by public auction or privately at the risk and expense of the former purchaser who shall be held liable for any deficiency that may arise from resale with costs incurred. Rule 12. Notwithstanding any of the Rules and Conditions, as listed on this page, the operation of the Auction remains at the discretion of the Auctioneer and the Humpty Dumpty Foundation Limited. 25
