All returns and/or exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This can be<br />
requested by calling or emailing our Customer Service team. The RA# must be placed on<br />
the outside of the box in order for full credit to be issued. Merchandise must be shipped by<br />
a traceable method (Fedex, UPS) within 30 days from the day it is received. Items returned<br />
after 30 days or without an RA# will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All products must<br />
be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.<br />
Customer is responsible for return shipping and/or exchange shipping charges. In certain<br />
circumstances, items may be drop shipped to you from the manufacturer. In the event of a<br />
drop shipment, please send all returns to <strong>Team</strong> <strong>Connection</strong>. If merchandise is returned<br />
directly to the manufacturer, credit cannot be applied. Non-returnable items include items<br />
not in our catalog or on our website, closeout items, and customized items.<br />
