2. Insert this plug into the power connector that is<br />
marked on the Acoustimass ® module.<br />
Note: On some systems, the Acoustimass<br />
module includes one of two controls.<br />
On 220-240V models only, turn the<br />
POWER switch to on ( l ).<br />
On dual-voltage systems only, set<br />
the voltage switch for the power<br />
that is appropriate to the region<br />
where you use the system.<br />
SETUP<br />
3. Plug the other cable end into the AC (mains) power.<br />
CAUTION: <strong>Bose</strong> recommends using a safety agencyapproved<br />
surge protector on all electronic equipment.<br />
Voltage variations <strong>and</strong> spikes can damage electronic<br />
components in any system.<br />
Note: Surge protectors are available at most<br />
electronics stores.<br />
