Master Group Speakers
* Use this option when you want centralized control of the whole system.
* All Master Group speakers receive identical audio signals from the wireless main unit.
* Master Group speakers are directly controlled from the wireless main unit.
* The main-unit volume will be applied to all Master Group speakers.
* Adjusting the volume on any speaker in the Master Group will equally affect the volume of all speakers of the Master group.
* Switching ON or OFF the main unit will switch ON or OFF all speakers of the Master Group.
* The Switching ON of any speaker can be carried out in two ways:
Brief pressure – only the left and right speakers of the pair will be switched ON.
Continued pressure pressure – the speaker pair of the Master Group will be switched ON at the same time.
* The Switching OFF of any speaker can be carried out in two ways:
Brief pressure - only the left and right speakers of the pair will be switched OFF. The wireless main will remain unaffected.
Continued pressure – the speaker pair and the main unit will be switched OFF at the same time.
Slave Group Speakers
* Use this option when you want individual control of speaker pairs, usually on a room-by-room basis. This setting could for instance be applied to
speakers placed in a bedroom, and thus volume and power changes performed from the main unit will not unintentionally wake someone.
* All Slave Group speakers receive identical audio signals from the wireless main unit.
* Slave Group speakers are controlled independently of the main unit and of each other.
* Each pair of Slave Group Speakers has its own volume control, independent of the main unit.
* Adjusting the volume from any speaker of the Slave Group will affect the volume only on the speaker it has been paired with. Thus, L + R speakers
will always react in unison. The wireless main unit will remain unaffected.
* Switching ON any speaker pair can be carried out in two ways:
Brief pressure – only the left and right speakers of the pair will be switched ON.
NOTE: The Wireless main unit cannot be switched ON remotely.
Continued pressure – the speaker pair will all be switched ON at the same time.
* The Switching OFF of any speaker pair can be carried out in two ways:
Brief pressure – only the left and right speakers of the pair will be switched OFF. The Wireless main unit will remain unaffected.
Continued pressure – the speaker pair and the main unit will all be switched OFF together.
NOTE: the speaker cannot wirelessly switch ON the main unit. If the main unit is in standby mode, the unit has to be activated manually.
