� Select [Clear All] once to cancel any previous screen programming selections. NOTE: Selecting Clear All twice will clear all the programming pathways and return the machine to its default status. Features Button 3. Select the features � Select the button for the feature required. The button changes to white. If Other is selected, select [Save] to confirm the selected feature or [Cancel] to return to the previous screen. Clear All Button The features available on the first Copy screen are those used most often. Many of the features contain a selection called Other. 4. Enter the quantity � Use the numeric keypad to enter the number of copies required. The number entered is displayed in the top right hand corner of the touch screen. To cancel an incorrect entry, select [C] and enter the correct quantity.
