� Following the same steps used to enter a name in the Individual Directory, refer to “Dial Directory Setup” on page 4-38, enter a group name in the Group Directory � Choose a group number, name the group and save. � From the Dial Directory select the individual names and numbers that are to be included in the group. � After each name and number, select Add to add it to the group. � To delete a group, select the group number and select [Delete]. � The machine automatically selects the last number. Numbers cannot be deleted out of order, always start with the last number on the list. Group This feature enables the combination of specific individual names and numbers into a Group. In order to be entered as a member in a Group, the person must first be programmed as an individual in the Dial Directory. When sending a fax to a group, just use one group number and the machine scans the document once. However, each individual in the group receives the document.
