Item/percentage rate sealed Quotation are hereby invited on behalf of the Director, IARI from the
Contractors Registered with CPWD, MES, Railways, MCD, PWD or other Central/State Govt./Semi Govt.
agencies. The contractor must have valid IT-PAN/VAT/TIN registration number and having experience of two
similar nature of works in last two years for the work mentioned below :

and deposit the fee of `150/- (non-refundable) for each along with requisite EMD at the time of filing of
Quotation. The rates on schedule and requisite eligibility documents should be filed in a separate envelopes
submitted both together in a bigger envelope in case the Quotation is downloaded from the net, else the Quotation
will be rejected. The schedule of work can also be purchased on payment of `150/- (non-refundable) for each
from Tender Cell of M.E.Unit, Directorate during office hours on any working day by producing the eligibility
documents and depositing the earnest money in the form of PO/DD favouring “Director, IARI, New Delhi-12.”
The Director IARI reserves the right to reject or accept any Quotation without assigning any reason. Quotations
shall be submitted along with forwarding letter addressed to Director IARI otherwise quotation will not be
considered.

Subject to the following terms & conditions:-
1. The work shall be executed as per CPWD specifications.
2. Income Tax, work Tax & work cess as per norms shall be recovered from the bill.
3. 1% water & electricity charges as will be recovered from the bill if it is supplied by Department.
4. The work shall start within 7 days from the date of award and complete within one month failing
which a penalty @ 1% per week delay will be imposed on the bill amount maximum upto 10%.
5. All the material, laboures, T & P etc. required will be arranged by the firms itself.
6. The agency shall deposit a security @ 10% of the sanctioned amount including EMD.
7. The rates quoted shall remain valid for 180 days from the date of opening of quotations/tenders.
8. The Director, IARI has the right to reject any or all the quotations/tenders with out assigning any
reason.

This item consists of ISI marked structure. The
attractive wave slide chute is made up of 4mm thick
fiber reinforced plastic materials. The structure
comprises of 20NB and 25NB powder coated GI pipe.
The center support is made in 80 NB powder coated GI
pipe. The ladder cum railing is made 20 NB and 25 NB
GI pipes. The plate form is made up of 14 SWG GI
sheet with anti skid for firm foot grip. There are
triangular steps 16 SWG GI sheet . The chute has its
end such as it causes safe landing of the child.
2. Specification for:- PLATFORM MGR

The platform of this platform MGR consists of non-skid
type Aluminium chequered plate of 16 SWG. The ring
on which the chequrered plate is based is made out of
25 NB GI pipes. The support below the chequered plate
is of 40x40x5 and 25x25x5 GI angle. The platform
frame is made in 25x5 and 40x5 MS angle. It is
provided with handrails of 20 NB GI pipes. The whole
structure is mounted on heavy-duty bearing shaft
permanently lubricated with water sealant. The stand of
this mgr platform is made out of 80 NB GI popes. The
foundation frame is fabricated with 40x40x5angle.

The MS See saw comprises four FRP seats. The lever is
consisted of 20 NB and 80 NB powder coated GI Pipes.
The bearing used in this item is heavy duty nylon bush
type. The stand for see saw is made using 50 NB GI
pipe.

The product is made of horizontal 40 NB GI pipes,
which are in a semi-cricle shape. This pipes are bolted
to veritical 80 NB GI pipes for end supports, and for
center support, vertical 40 NB GI pipes are bolted. The
climber providing good exercise is made up of 18mm
diameter nylon rope attached by specially designed
nylon ball clamp. The nylon rope is attached to the
frame with the help of „U‟ hooks welded to the frame.

This is another kind of item that provides hanging
experience to the children. The frame is fabricated out
of 40 NB and 25 NB powder coated GI pipes. There are
09 triangular loops made from 15 NB, which are welded
to the top pipe of the frame. The top pipe is made out of
80 NB GI pipes. The ladder used is designed to the side
support pipe itself.
6. Specification for:- STANDARD BENCH

The area : 1.8m x 0.6m

Capacity : 4 adults
The standard bench stand is made up of 20 NB GI class
pipe. The strips of the bench is made up of 16 SWG GI
Sheets. A Specially designed slot shape is given to strip
for shifting purpose. Four adults can seat comfortably
on this bench at a time. The strip & stand are available
in different color with powder coating.

7. Specification for:- DOUBLE ARCH SWING

The arch shaped side frame of the swing is made up of
80 NB GI pipe and top pipe is made up of 50 NB GI
pipe. The frame is powder coated to give an esthetic
look. The two swings are made up of 10 mm thick anti
skid chequered reinforced rubber top. The belt seat is
suspended on 6mm rubber coated GI chain. The ball
bearings are mounted inside a specially designed nylon
clamp.
