Group L:<br />
Phoma draconis, Ph. henn<strong>in</strong>gsii, Ph. plurivora and <strong>the</strong> novel<br />
species Ph. brasiliensis cluster basally to <strong>the</strong> Epicoccum<br />
species <strong>in</strong> group M. The species clustered here, however, all lack<br />
chlamydospores. These species do, like <strong>the</strong> chlamydosporeform<strong>in</strong>g<br />
species mentioned above, solely produce unicellular<br />
conidia, and have glabrous, th<strong>in</strong>-walled, pseudoparenchymatous<br />
pycnidial walls composed <strong>of</strong> isodiametric cells.<br />
